Shared Tagging via Cloud and/or LAN
For instance if you share tags on a LAN, you can also share the same tags via a Cloud Service (like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, ICloud, etc.).. So, working at home and working at the office will therefore seamlessly being integrated.
Working with sharing is made as easy as 'Share' and 'Join'.
The first time you installed Version 4 or higher, start Shared Tagging:
A shortcut to our Shared Tagging application can be found on the desktop.
You only have to start Shared Tagging once (Double-click).
After our Shared Tagging application is started it can be found in the system tray.
You can use the Shared Tagging application to start, stop and configure sharing, among other things.
Any Cloud Service can be used to share your tag data.
Two functions are relevant while using Shared Tagging:
. Share, if you have created a Tag Group and want to share it and
. Join, if you want to use a Tag Group that somebody else created.
In general sharing is working like any Cloud Service: you must be able to edit(have write permission) in the folder in which the Tag information is shared..
